For best results, start your diet on a Wednesday. Wednesday is also the best day to begin a meditation program, reorganize your pantry, wash the dog beds, call your mother, or begin your short story collection.


Unless of course it’s Thursday, in which case everything switches to Thursday. You don’t have to “Just Do It” – not the whole thing.

Just start.
